Welcome to the Dance Beat, featuring Mobile DJ and sound services for weddings, receptions, and corporate events.  The Dance Beat, a registered business in Berkeley, is a responsive and responsible company focused on delivering state of the art sound entertainment with the option of salsa or swing dance lessons for fun or as a team-building exercise.

Currently, we have two primary DJ’s and instructors with secondary staffing available.  We bring on-site a sound engineer and a highly presentable 2400-watt professional sound system capable of providing sound for up to 600 guests indoors or out.  The Dance Beat emphasizes safety and responsibility by having a sound meter on-site to monitor sound levels at all times.

In addition to excellent sound and music, our clients get the added benefit of our intelligent lighting system, mirror ball, fog machine, wireless microphone system, and of course, our charismatic personalities.
